"Attitude of staff on the phone"

(as the patient),

I called the surgery early to get an appointment, person who answered the phone did get me an appointment but they sounded 1\2 asleep ... One tone through out the conversation. I then had to phone back as a message was left on my phone the previous day by a member of staff asking to contact them as soon as possible. Again whoever answered the phone was not particularly 'patient friendly'. Advised that person I wanted to speak to wasn't at the practice yet but again, a monotone answer. Left me feeling as if I was a nuisance and they had other things they could be doing.
