"Frustrating"

Went with family to see mother in hospital. Have to say the staff were the worst part about the expedience. All staff looked miserable and grumpy and when one nurse came in my mother said she didn't want what they were giving her and the nurse replied with 'well I'm only trying to help' which seems like a good response however shouting it like they did was not acceptable. Throughout the experience we asked serval staff what was happening and if the results had come back.. All staff replied with 'I don't know sorry' which is not good enough. No staff seemed to know what they were doing? And those who did have an idea were very pushy and strict with telling my mother what was happening to her in the hospital (e.g. Moving her upstairs)
