"ENT Dept"

About: Manchester Royal Infirmary

Tried to speak to someone regarding an appt today from 9am until 3.30pm - ringing every 10 mins!!!!!

Even left 3 msgs on Secretary's phone but am still awaiting a call back.

Why does this dept. bother to send reminder txts with a phone no. in case the patient needs to cancel is beyond me when the phone obviously isn't manned.

No wonder the public get annoyed with the NHS when they can't even get people to handle a telephone.
