Late at night on Friday 5th our granddaughter was taken to A&E with partial face paralysis. Admission and triage were carried out very promptly and efficiently and subsequent diagnosis and initial treatment carried out by a doctor and consultant into the early hours. They were thorough and professional, keeping us informed at every stage - also talking to her parents by telephone and her home hospital which would be responsible for her subsequent care - just outstanding. The physical facilities in the refurbished A&E were so sensibly planned and designed for purpose, and very well equipped - they allowed the treatment to be carried out swiftly and efficiently.
Her GP and local hospital say the minimization of damage to her eye and mouth and her recovery to date are down to the excellent care she received at that first visit to Airedale. We can never thank you enough
"Emergency treatment outstanding"
