My daughter was admitted on 25th July at 04.15am and i must say the attitude of the nurse admitting us was appalling. The nurse was rude abrupt, didn't engage at all and really couldn't be bothered. The nurse was storming around and huffing and puffing so perhaps we were disturbing them. My child has complex needs and the nurse made very little attempt to find out anything about her routine. I didn't feel safe to leave my daughter in the care of this nurse at all. The health care assistant on the other hand was brilliant and tried their best to make us feel welcome.
