"Knee replacement"

I came into the great western hospital on 15 August for a knee replacement.
Unfortunately I had been sent a letter with an incorrect date.
A lovely ward sister and clerk went out of their way to check when I should come in.
This was scheduled for the next day.
The staff on aldbourne ward and the doctor and their team were amazing.
Everyone went the extra mile to make you feel that you were important and listened to as far as treatment were concerned.
I would recommend the hospital to anyone wanting surgery in Orthopaedics.
