What I liked
I was in ward d44, my operation went very smoothly. The nurses were nice.
What could be improved
The only problems I had was it was very disorganised when it came to get me discharged. The did not have my pain meds ready. I have to go back another day in the mean time I experiencing pain. I was assessed for crutches while my foot was still frozen from the operation. So I had very little pain, now that has worn off any short distanced walked give me sharp pains. So I am not stuck on the sofa. They seemed to be rushing me out because it was a Saturday. I hope by walking with out support is not damaging my ankle and wasting the benifit of the operation.
