"Irresponsibility"

My sister in law was brought by ambulance with a mental disorder episode, after been seen by a team of 2 psychiatrists and after the decision of be hospitalized in St Richards or sectioned in a mental health hospital se was left alone in one room and left the hospital alone, being the police called to the hospital.... The hospital didn't do anything to prevent this from happening, and even when she was found, didn't care about her state...

She is an emigrant and as she's not well she refused to return to her country with her family. Right now she's alone in her rented room whit no family or friends in UK. I blame the hospital of being irresponsible and to have no concerns about her well being. The security guard in the hospital told me that this happens quite often, and that he was called several times to search missing people in the hospital premises.
