About: Stepping Hill Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

I was extremely impressed with the standard of service I received today, I was in on time, I was made to feel comfortable and at ease, I had a very thorough examination which included a great many questions that included the reasons for asking them. I now have a follow up hearing test to attend next month. Please pass on my thanks to the staff that made it a good experience, thank you.
