I would like to convey my, and my family's, sincere thanks and gratitude for the amazing care received during my mother's recent illness before she passed away. The level of support both for myself as carer and for Mum, was outstanding by all those involved, especially Julie, Matron and all the visiting carers who were extremely kind, considerate and respectful to the end. Also special thanks to the night carers who watched over Mum enabling me to get some desperately needed sleep. Also Dr. Mogge who visited Mum on several occasions. I cannot thank you enough for enabling me to keep Mum at home, which I could not have done without all the equipment that was provided and for the constant visits, some out of hours, made by the carers. Thank you so much.
