"Ambulatory Care"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

After being referred to this dept from A&E all I can say is that they are amazing - nobody likes having to go to hospital but the staff do everything they can to make your time there as short and stress free as possible. My only complaint would be some of the other patients who seem determined to find fault and moan making the waiting time appear longer.

I cant say I look forward to my visits and having to go back every couple of days for more repeat bloods and waiting to see a doctor is a drag but thank you to the staff who always have a smile on their faces and a can do attitude

I am delighted to hear of your experience when visiting Ambulatory Care Ward.

It is great to hear that the care and attention you receive from everyone is always so wonderful.

This is the level of service I expect all of our staff to provide to our patients.

I will ensure that your comments are passed to the divisional nurse for this area, so that she can share them with her staff.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a lovely comment.

Yours Sincerely

Nadeem Moghal

Medical Director
