What I liked

The ward i was in was not always cleaned properly there was feaces on the floor of the toilet area also used swabs on the floor i complained to the nusing staff again and again but nothing was done about this i contracted C-diff as a result and i am considering paying to go private in the future

What could be improved

The cleaning staff should be properly trained also the wards should be cleaned with bleach as they used to be in days gone by
