I recently spent eight days in St Helier - on Mary Moore and B5 wards - following an emergency appendectomy. Although the buildings are crumbling they are spotlessly clean, and the quality of care I received cannot be faulted. The staff from cleaners to consultants were caring and cheerful despite working under great pressure.
"Excellent care"
