"Urgent care centre"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

I visited Leicester Royal Infirmary to see a doctor. While I was waiting to be seen by the medics I noticed a porter who was sat on the chair, watching movie on their phone with ear phones plugged in. I witnessed several times receptionist and nursing staff behind the reception desk calling them to take patient to other parts of the hospital. The porter ignored staff and carried on watching movie on their phone. The porter's behaviour was out of order. No professionalism.

I work in public sector and if myself or anyone of my team behaved in this manner disciplinary actions will be taken immediately.

I hope this matter will be addressed.
