"Excellent Care"

I attended Tiverton hospital for an investigative procedure in the day-case unit.

I received excellent care.

Staff were friendly, supportive and gave good information before, during and after the procedure.

Couldn't fault them.

Just one bit of less positive feedback is that the list was running late (no problems with that as it was due to the thoroughness of the consultant undertaking the procedures and I realise that things do happen that throw timings out).

I would have found it helpful for a member of staff to pop into the waiting area every so often to reassure me (and other patients waiting) that we hadn't been forgotten and - if possible - to give an update on the situation.

(It was a 3 hour wait beyond the appointment time.)

Other than that, it was a 10 out of 10 experience.
