My sister rang ambulance mid morning a week ago for assistance after I became ill during the night. Paramedics arived fast to assess, helped me with wheel chair to the ambulance with lots of reassurence and constant communication about what was happenning. Received by A&E dept, given full assistance, they explained everything, made expert decisions, reassured my sister and myself & partner throughout the procss. I was quite nervous and felt overwhelmed by it all as I was confused, hot and slept a lot. Having received constant monitoring and moved to the observation unit I was treated superbly until I was allowed to leave the next evening. Thank you to every member of staff, hospital had excellent facilities with great friendly staff. Thank you so much for your help during the anxious time, I had a bad infection at the same time as my sarcoidosis & on steroids all a bit challenging.
"Great treatment in A&E Dept"
