"Treatment to a nasty finger injury, superb..."

About: Bognor Regis War Memorial Hospital

On Tuesday 16th August 2016, I cut my finger severely whilst carrying out some construction work. The minor injuries unit at Bognor Regis War Memorial Hospital were absolutely superb at every stage of assessment and treatment of my injury. Throughout the whole process they remained calm and reassuring and are a great credit to their profession. I received 6 stitches to a deep finger injury, following assessment and xray. At every stage my details were checked thoroughly and I felt my condition was discussed with me, which gave me great confidence throughout the procedure. The level of care that I received was gold star and I am very grateful to the staff on that day, especially the kind member of staff that made such a neat job of my stitches. Thank you all, we are lucky to have such a great resource and dedicated medical staff at Bognor Regis.
