What I liked

I attended Preston Royal on 3 occasions in 2009, for 3 related issues.

On all occasions I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time. The staff were very efficient, well informed and at pains to explain to me what was happening and to involve me in the process and decisions.

Overall I was treated as an intelligent adult throughtout.

I was very impressed with this level of service. It was excelelnt to be able to get back to owrk after my appointment and excellent to be treated courteously and as an intelligent adult throughout.
