The signposting to find wards in the TerenceLewis building is really bad. I have visited twice in the last week and failed to find Bickleigh ward at first go. I think I may have it Sussex, and hope third time will be lucky

I’m so sorry to read you had problems finding your way to Bickleigh Ward in our Terence Lewis Building. Next time you are visiting the site we have a Welcome Centre on Level 6 near the main entrance, where a member of staff will be able to offer you directions to any ward or department or link you up with one of our hospital guides. In the Welcome Centre we also have a large stock of leaflets for finding your way around the hospital site.
