About: University Hospital Of North Durham

I came on Saturday 13th August to visit my sick aunty, Kathleen Scott, who unfortunately died that day. However I felt I just had to get in touch as despite the upsetting nature of that day the staff were fantastic. We were all offered so much help by all of the staff that we dealt with. They were caring, compassionate, kind and knowledgeable. In particular the nurse whose name I unfortunately do not know. It made such a terrible experience a bit more manageable.
