I was admitted to De LaMere ward 15 August staying until 19th. I cannot fault the care I received throughout my treatment. I was treated with dignity and respect at all times with staff at all levels going above and beyond. From the senior anaesthetist who came out of theatre to hold my hand because I was scared, the nursing staff, healthcare assistance and admin/management staff. It did take a while to be discharged in the final day which is common but I could stay in my room and did not have to wait in the corridor as is common elsewhere. I will absolutely recommend orthopaedic services here.
"excellent care"
