My Father in Law had elective Siurgery for a knee replacement, from arriving on the ward (SEAL) every member of staff who he met greeted him with a smile and introduced themselves, they went through every step of the procedure and gave him a date of when he would be likely to go home.
He then went to Theatre again was treated wirh care and dignity, he was then placed on ward 1, all the staff on the ward have been fabulous from the ISS staff who brought his meals and drinks, to the Nursing staff who have treated him with care and attention he has needed, the physio's have also been great.
We would like to thank all the staff who dealt with his care, the Matron and the Health Care Assisstant have been wonderful...
