"Poor service!"

About: Bristol Royal Infirmary

I had surgery on a dislocated fracture, I was in hospital for 3 days , i waited for the surgeon to explaine the outcome of the operation, I asked a countless amount of times for the doctor to explain what the outcome was, no one turned up to explaine in the 3 days I was there! I only knew I had plates and screws 4 weeks after when I went for my first cheak up, I was told I would have to wear my leg brace for 5 weeks, becouse of a poorly ran NHS the only appointment available was 4 weeks after my first cheak up! So all in all I will have to wear a leg brace for 8 weeks at least! There is no communication between patients and doctors! I think the NHS is a joke!
