"What a shambles of a hospital"

Absolutely awful awful waiting times. What is the point of having an appointment when you get there and they tell you it's first come first serve?? The doctor in charge of the mayflower ward was 2 hours late. Only opened surgery at 11am. Spent too much money on comfy chairs and TV's and not enough time on training new doctors to help cut down waiting times. Very disatisfied, will avoid ever coming to this hospital again if I can help it. Still waiting to be seen at this very moment, 3 hours after my appointment time.

Thank you for the feedback it is appreciated. We are aware that the experience on Mayflower Ward can be frustrating for patients waiting for their treatment and apologise for this. We will soon have a purpose built facility that will help to improve our current service.
