Being under the care of 2 Trusts to monitor my 1st pregnancy (at Watford where I live and have to have the community midwives appointments) and deliver (at Lister where I chose to have my baby based on the latest CQC reports and NHS Choices reviews ) I knew that it would be a bumpy ride for which I would need to be on the ball to void missing out on the best care and ensure communication flows through me (as the NHS still doesn't have integrated IT systems to facilitate this).
I had queries that I needed to clarify and attended the QEII prenatal clinic where I been met by a very smiley and courteous receptionist who requested a passing by Midwife to assist me.
The midwife was extremely understanding and willing to provide advice and help took the time and went out of their way to provide me with additional information and leaflets.
Thank very much you for your care.
