From the reception staff at the start to nursing staff at the finish every single member of staff treated me with kindness and respect, answering my questions and giving me information before and after theatre . The nursing and theatre staff were very kind, professional and reassuring and it was great to talk to the consultant before going into theatre as I was very nervous. The consultant was excellent. the procedure was painless. After the procedure the staff could not have been more attentive. Thank you everyone at Rochdale infirmary Endoscopy unit. You provide a first class sservice and should be very proud of the service you give people every day. You were brilliant.
