About: Bridlington and District Hospital

I will start from the pre assessment which was undertaken at both Bridlington and Scarbrough who went through the process and explained the outcome the team was going for which was explained and understood From this point a date was agreed it was a very short time between seeking GP appointment to meeting consultant. I arrived on the day of the hip operation by the nursing team who explained the process and what support I would receive from the team who are very caring and credit to the NHS .From preassessmet to post operation care 10 out 10
