What I liked

I went with my wife to X-ray and the Orthopaedics clinic. All very efficient with friendly staff who were happy to answer any questions. Best of all was having the pre-assessment clinic straight after the clinic so that we didn't need to come another time. Nurse was great and even stayed well past finishing time to make sure all the patients were seen and assessed. That it the mark of a high quality service.

What could be improved

The toilet in the X-ray department could have been a little cleaner and the hand wash could have been changed as it was running out.

Anything else?

Great to have the people available to give directions in so many places. Not sure if they are staff or volunteers, but their presence is very welcome.

Thanks for your comments. We know that trying to have relevant clinics and tests close to each other is much less stressful for patients. All our staff, and our many volunteers always try to be helpful when giving directions.

We appreciate what you say about toilet cleanliness and are trying to improve on that front.
