"Would not use this facility again"

After booking in, I was told I would be seen by a nurse practitioner within 30 mins. After 50 minutes, I had still not been seen, so went to ask. I was then seen by a HCSW, who said I needed to be seen by a nurse practitioner. No mention of X-rays for a suspected fracture was made. We waited a further 40 minutes, then left . We did not bother telling reception again. This is the second time a member of my family have used this facility and both of us are distinctly unimpressed.
