About: Ipswich Hospital NHS Trust

Having visited 8 times at the Opthalmology I was told yesterday that for my problem they do not have the equipment because if they did the patients waiting to be seen would be cured.They need a Lipiflow system costing less than £4,000.00 which would free up a lot of appointments and wait times.It is false economy because without this equipment it is costing the NHS a great deal of money.

Thank you for taking the time leave your feedback, I am sorry that it appears we do not have the equipment to deal with your condition and I hope this has not caused too much inconvenience; I will forward your comments on to the Ophthalmology team for further investigation and will post an update once I have some more information.
