"Staff made me feel at ease."

For anyone who is about to undergo a procedure here feel at ease knowing you will be more than looked after. From the minute I walked in until the minute I walked out I was made to feel comfortable. The only thing I found quite uncomfortable was how long I had to wait until I was called up for my procedure, it was 4 hours of sitting in a hot waiting room so just be prepared for a long wait, especially on a busy day. Other than that it was a comfortable experience for me and I am grateful for the respect and comfort I received from all the staff. Thank you!!!

We are grateful for your very kind comments which will be passed on to the relevant BPAS staff.

However, although I would assure you that we are constantly finding new ways to keep waiting times to a minimum, I am very sorry for the discomfort you experienced. Thank you again.
