"excellent help and support during my difficult time"

About: Bromley Healthcare / Occupational therapy for adults Bromley Healthcare / Physiotherapy for adults

(as the patient),

I had an accident at the beginning of this year and sadly ended up being bed bound. With the help and support that was given, I now can be hoisted in a special chair and my family and careers have been trained to know how to assist me. I feel so much better now I'm not stuck in bed.

Thank you for your posting. It sounds like you have had a terrible year. Was it the Community Nurses that have supported you at home?

I am so pleased to hear that you are no longer bed bound. That is a fantastic achievement. I hope that you will continue to improve.

If there is anything that you feel we can improve in please let us know.

Kind regards

Amanda

Thank you

I am sorry to hear that you have had issues with the nurses. Could you email me separately on amanda.mayo@bromleyhealtchare-cic.nhs.uk to enable me to understand the issues and how we can help resolve them?

Kind regards

Amanda
