"Absolutely appalling"

About: Andover War Memorial Hospital

The staff member on front desk is very rude and ignorant. They are incompetent of doing the very basic talks. I called up the minor injuries unit so see if I needed an oponiment they said no as soon as I arrived in the hospital they asked me do you have an appointment. When I went and asked to see when the next availbile time was they said 2 1/2 hour time, at this point I was in a great deal of pain and required help and they were still saying I could not see anyone until 2 1/2 hours time.
