My husband attended Moorfields day-care unit at St Ann's for cataract surgery.

The organisation is very chaotic - either a 8am or 12 noon appointment and then it's just a question of waiting your turn to be seen, in our case 3:30 hours.

No idea why appointments can't be staggered throughout the day to minimise the wait.

Staff were also very dismissive of elderly patients who needed help with questions, queries or just reassurance.

Not impressed at all
