"Illness during holiday"

During a holiday in London my son was suddenly taken ill. He has a lot of health problems so we were worried it was something serious. We visited the a&e department. Every member of staff from the receptionist to the final doctor we saw were all friendly and made my son feel at ease.The department seemed very efficient and nobody made us feel like we were wasting their time. We have had a lot of experience of different hospitals all over the country and this department is definitely one of the best. The final doctor we saw in the urgent care centre was excellent. They took the time to explain things, listen and reassure us and also made us laugh. Waiting times were a lot better than we expected.
