What I liked they talk very nice and tell you all about your procedure What could be improved? the imformation they give you the food the quality of the wards as they the nurses and doctors disturb you quite often as they got you up a few times at 6am Anything else? the surgeons hardly knew what they were doing yes surgeons not doctors my dad needed a bowel operation they said it would take 2 hrs instead it takes 5hrs no body tells you whats going on instead they say he hasnt came out yet they dont bother to say how he is the nurses were nice but they could be a bit gentler as when the nurse touched him they slaped him and he had a red mark on him the food wasnt up to standered as toast was burnt kettering gh, needs to clean up thier act abit
