"The treatment and care I received was first class"

The nursing team at the Apha Suite at Sandwell hospital are amazing.At my appointment, I was extremely anxious about results I had received and the treatment that I was going to have. The nurses, Tiffany and Jenny, were fabulous. The Dr was also great but I don't remember her name. I had several questions (and I mean several) throughout my appointment and they were incredibly attentive and made me feel comfortable enough to ask them. They were extremely professional and genuinely kind and caring. The treatment and care I received was first class. They made the scary prospect of treatment a lot less scary. Both nurses and the Dr are a credit to Sandwell and West Birmingham hospitals. I left my appointment feeling happy and confident that I was in safe hands.
