"LCH bloods clinic has really improved"

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The clinic has really improved - I've waited for an hour and a half in the past. They used to have one phlebotomist, now they have two on. the corridor is long and some people are quite slow - perhaps calling people to wait in a chair outside the room could speed waiting times up.

Overall, it's a very pleasant place to come to, the staff are always very nice.
