This practice is brand new with lots of fresh air. It is spacious with great potential for the future. It is the perfect location with everything under one roof - convenient!
One thing I would like to see improve is the wellbeing of the staff (doctors included). I think that when staff truly enjoy the service they are giving and feel and show their love for their work and clients (like my specific GP does), the entire clinic will reflect a totally different vibe, which by itself will have a healing effect on all involved - mentally, emotionally and physically!
I think that if (like many companies and in the USA) these clinics start their days with a collective meditation for the whole staff, they will feel and give more joy from their jobs. I think it will effect the staff, the patients, and the families of the staff, and eventually the entire clinic, then the entire community.
