On the last 2 visits I have had the pleasure of being treated by a doctor who whilst being professional is a good listener, very understanding of your the issues and the problems they cause you. They are excellent in explaining the details and procedures required and the length of time your recovery will take. The bonus was they made me better ! I wish them all the best for the future. I also filled in a satIsfaction questionnaire whilst in reception and would like to reiterate that all staff are polite, friendly and efficient. All staff take great care not to distinguish between NHS and private patients. 10/10 for effort on all parts.
