"Our A&E Experience"

We brought our daughter to A&E on a busy Sunday evening following a fall on some softplay. I have to say the treatment she received was first class. The Doctor, Nurse and especially the Radiographer who treated her did everything possible to make her feel at ease. She was understandably upset and frightened (she is only 3 years old) and in a lot of pain. We were seen relatively quickly considering how busy the department was. As we do not live locally to Gloucester, the doctor arranged to have our details transferred to a fracture clinic at a local hospital so we didn't have to travel back to Gloucester for a follow up appointment. The staff we met were an absolute credit to the NHS. It made for a good experience out of a bad situation. Thank you for being there for us when we needed you!
