Our daughter recently had an appointment at the fracture clinic at County Hospital for treatment on a fractured elbow. She needed to see a Doctor, have x-rays and a replacement cast. The treatment we received at the hospital was first rate. The clinic was clearly very busy, but we were seen promptly. The staff we dealt with were a credit to the NHS. The Radiographer we saw was especially kind and courteous, but special mention has to go to the person in the Plaster room who fitted a new cast for our daughter. They did everything possible to make her feel at ease. She is only three and was therefore a little nervous and scared about what was going on. Their manner and general demeanor certainly helped to calm her down. Thank you for being so kind and understanding.
