My second visit to brunel Ward for day surgery. Both times the nurses have been exceptional and very attentive. The doctors! well thats another matter....very rude and have no manners when dealing with patients. My doctor who performed the surgery sent a junior doctor to discharge me after the procedure, who was unable to answer any of my questions and was just as rude as the other doctors. The anaesthetists are lovely and really put you at ease before the procedure.
