"Blood Testing!"

I arrived at 7.40am for my fasting blood test and put a 2 hour parking ticket in case of any delays.

When I arrived at reception at 7.45 I was told that they were not accepting any more patients requiring a blood test and I should come back tomorrow!

The clinic is supposed to run from 7.30 - 8.00am and I had fasted for 12 hours to come and get this test done!

Are staff allowed to make up their own rules to suit themselves?

What a shambles!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback regarding our service. I am very sorry to hear you were unable to be seen in the morning. Unfortunately we reached capacity and we could not see any more patients for blood tests. Again I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
