"Breast Care Clinic"

I would like to highly commend all of the staff at the Breast Care Clinic at Basildon Hospital.

I was referred by my GP on Thursday 4th August and received an appointment at the Clinic for Tuesday 9th August.

I was very anxious about this appointment and what the outcome would be but the staff there made every effort to put me at ease.

I would especially like to thank one of the Nurse Specialist - for their cheerfulness and understanding of the situation.

This Nurse made what was a rather difficult time much easier to bear.

All of the staff were very understanding and supportive.

Fortunately, in my case, the outcome was good.

However, if this had been different, I know I would have had faith that my treatment would have been excellent.
