My Dad was admitted to Lister Hospital in Stevenege for an assessment some time ago. He has Alzheimer’s and at the moment he has a black eye, bruised ear, scratched nose and multiple bruises on his arms. When I asked staff how he came by these injuries no one can tell me. I found that there was no ward manager for some time and the turnover in bank staff has been very frustrating for me as I can rarely speak to the same person twice. I have therefore found that communication is a zero.
