"A & e was awful."

About: Luton & Dunstable Hospital

I took my mum to gp who said they wanted my mum to go to a & e. The GP rang 1st . When we arrived we gave letter it took 2 hours just for a nurse to do blood pressure. Even explained mum had denemria and get worries in new places. Had to keep asking when will be seen.

Medical doctor took for ever just to talk to my mum she was not given respect for an elderly person.

So disappointed
