What was good?
The service at Kensington Park GP is fast enough, it looks good, makes you feel comfortable, and people were kind enough and explained everything.
What could be improved?
I called for an appointment for both of us, there was a mix-up, someone needed my partner's appointment, that was inconvenient - but it is easy to get an appointment.
