Although it is not a very nice procedure the staff were all very thorough and explained everything in a lot of detail. They were very caring and attentive, and really helped me through the procedure.

Thank you for your lovely comments. Endoscopy is not the most pleasant experience and it was nice to read that our staff were able to support you well through it. I will pass on your post on now to all our staff and I'm sure your post will give them a real boost on a busy day.
