"Never answer phone."

Community podiatrists turn up without appointments, so youre not in. They leave a card with a number they never answer. They come again. Leave another card. They then ring and leave an answer phone message suggesting if you don't ring you won't get the service you need. So you ring again. Just let the phone ring for 10 mins. At least give us an answerphone to leave a message!
